Estimates can be provided for budgeting purposes based upon your ALMA Floor selection, tile size preference, floor space area in sqm and provision of your floor plan layout drawing.

When we have determined that our estimate meets your budget requirements, we will organise for our surveyor to visit the site and conduct a comprehensive site survey.

The results of our survey will allow a fixed quotation to be prepared for final approval.

Our requirements for provision of sub floors and site conditions will be clearly detailed.

All ALMA Floor leather floors are offered with a supply and fit service.

Our expert team of leather floor fitting technicians will professionally carry out the installation of your new ALMA Floor, nationally and internationally. Once our fitting team have installed your leather floor, they will clean and prepare the floor ready for handover. If other trades have to complete their work on site, we can cover and protect the floor until final completion.

All ALMA Floor leather floors fitted by the ALMA installation team are offered with a 10 year guarantee that covers any manufacturing defects, details of which are available upon request. We also offer specialist after care service packages to ensure the longevity of your leather floor for many years to come.

The ALMA team can be commissioned to look after your ALMA Floor.

While instructions for regular cleaning and maintenance will be provided, we also offer annual, half-yearly and quarterly service packages that provide professional cleaning, nourishing, stain and blemish removal.
